What's are the overseas cds like?

While it was great that us in the UK got the cd free with a newspaper, it was just in a cardboard cover, no insert.

I'd like to know what the overseas 'proper' cds are in. Is there a lyric book?
Cos I wanna know whether 2 get one as well!
