extra loveable why was this song not on 1999. it's so freaking awesome. the beat is so damn funky. the lyrics are that rude side of prince i like on so many of his songs. it be good somewhere in the middle. either between automatic and something in the water or something in the water and free. my only guess why he hasn't put it out is the whole rape part at the end. but he was fucking the taste out of people's mouths and i think he beats his girl up at the end of something in the water. not to mentions his raving on all the critics. (prince was a psycho in those days huh?) this song would have fit in perfectly. For all time I am with you, you are with me. | |

I agree,this song is AMAZING!! That groove is outrageous.Prince really should have released this back in the day....people would have gone nuts!! I know there was no room for it on '1999' but couldn't he have released it as a B-side? He could have placed it on the B-side of "Little Red Corvette"! Imagine a 12" single of "Little Red Corvette (Extended Dance Mix)" and "Extra Lovable (full version). | |

No,I don't think he beats his girl up at the end of that song  He does call her a "bitch",though.
