They played Prince's songs during the lunchtime hour - Kesha, the mc/dj or whatever you call them these days.. played songs from the "Planet Earth" cd (Future Baby Mama) and (Mr. Goodnight) were 2 tracks played, and she also played some of his classic songs. Nice to know they are at least promoting the cd in NY. I know when "Call My Name" came out that station played that song just about everyday like it was the NYC anthem for over 2 years since it was released.

Curious if other new markets have picked up any of the new stuff from PE?

It was actually only during the lunch hour, but maybe they'll play more tomorrow because of it's release date. We shall see how much these stations honor his new music. Apparently I missed it but it was my coworker who told me they played it, I just heard when they started playing his classics after that.

However, I did hear Keisha say that she likes "Future Baby Mama" better than "Mr. Goodnight" though. Hopefully they'll play "Somewhere Here on Earth" from that album on that station once it's officially released..I'm sure it will do well.
