Is this effective promotion for PE?

I spotted some PE posters yesterday on a vacant building.

Has anyone else seen promotion posters for PE?

Here's a picture of the Verizon/Guitar posters that I took a few weeks ago...they were also on a vacant building.



How effective do you think this form of promotion is for an artist like Prince?
