Pint-sized pop star Prince stunned fans that paid $3,000 for an exclusive show by telling them they couldn't take his picture.
The Purple One entertained the likes of Leonardo DiCaprio, Jay-Z, and Jon Bon Jovi at the concert in the swanky Hamptons.

Prince scooped an amazing $1m to play the gig, but still wasn't happy at flashbulbs going off, the New York Daily News reports.

"Stop taking my picture! I get paid to do photoshoots," the star barked from the stage.

Some fans have paid $15,000 for access to all five of the Social@Ross concerts.

Say what u like I think today is proof once again of his unselfish acts and compasion. Sincere thank u Mister Goodnight ! I have only had the pleasure once but it was unforgetable.

"stunned fans," "picture!," "the star barked"
if he yelled at anyone, it was the paparazzi
if it was directed at fans, it was most likely done with humour
he's said these things before, remember?
but his excuse of "I get paid to do photoshoots" is just another way
of saying that he doesn't like the way candid shots of him turn out
he likes to have more control of the pictures of him that get publicized
it's unfortunate that he says "i get paid..."
makes him sound materialistic
but we know him better then that... right??
of course, if he was as charitable (if not moreso) than he was in 1995-1997
we wouldn't even question his stance on money

I sure hope so being a single women and foster parent funds don't allow for the purchase of a ticket to a show or even the cd . Can't show my appreciation enough for the news today.

He must have been kidding, there are pictures of that concert all over the web and videos of his performance. The rich ass elite that he played for in the Hamptons don't worry about $3,000 dollars, only the poorer class folks. :-?Anywasy If you've got it, Prince is worth it!
