Distortion all the way up
the middle thing at about 2 o oclock
the thing on the left at about 10
play by sliding the notes, and be sure to keep your finger off the open e string

strike a D barre chrod at the 5th fret
on g string pluck 5th fret
then on d string pluck 7th fret
strike d barre chord again
and then answer with
