Who do u think will b the next high profile artist Prince will work with?

We've had Chaka Khan, Larry Graham, Doug E Fresh, Q-Tip, among others.

Here's where my question comes from: Cyndi Lauper Behind the Music. eye was watching the show & it looks like she is ready 2 travel down the "indie" trail. Do u think Prince would work with her? Do u think we will ever c another release like CK's Come to my House? from what artist?

He does not like working with high profiles. If he does, he shuffles them out in the mix. See Rave...

Well, I was pleasantly surprised by the Prince influence on her lastest single from the Austin Powers soundtrack.

there was rumours of collaboration in the early 90s (93..), it would have been fantastic , Mr Unlovable + Mr Extralovable working together..., now I think that it's too late but who knows?

Mariah Carey-He did a lil's sumthin sumthin with her 4 her Glitter but it'll be included in her next effort. I hope so cuz if ya'll lookin 4 the Prince influenced Diva then look no further(Glitter-Say what you want rolleyes) I 4 one think she was hella good when it comes to bringing the Minneapolis sound in her voice/music.

yep.She got the Look&Vibe He is into now.I still say that "One Night Alone" was Inspired by Her.She gave Him more PR on BET Award Show than Warners ever did at the Grammys IMHO.

wow! i'd never heard of that rumor, of the two of them working together. would i love to hear the result of that collaboration!

Morrissey and The Smiths are right up there behind Prince on my "most favorite artist(s)" list.

i heard Moz was on the Craig Kilborn show the other night. i didn't hear about it until after the fact, though, so i missed it. sad

I would love to see Prince work with The Brand New Heavies (complete with N'Dea Davenport), especially given his new direction in Jazz.

i remember reading about this collaboration. i think it was back in 1993. i like both morrissey and prine so i wouldnt have any problem with them collaborating. the problem is that they are completely different as artists.

Stevie Wonder!, children, Stevie WONDER!!!

I met Stevie at the NAMM show in Anahiem, California early this year. After the handshake and the thank you for the music and what it an honor it was to meet him, I SAID to him that he should work with Prince, and then asked if he would ever get together with him.

His response, of course was, yes, enthusiastically and said that he would love to work with Prince!

Stevie was like "yeah, I love Prince's music, I would love to get together!"...not anything offficial now.

That my fellow orgers, would be the event.
