Why Prince Didn't Play at the ONA Party! Because he was waiting for Mick Jagger and company to arrive so they could rock out some old Stones tunes together, and the media would be blown away, instant comeback!!!

umm maybe it's because all the gear has been packed and is enroute to Europe for the performances that begin next week?

They could have worked around it. When he's on tour they're able to relocate fast and take everything with them. Then again if it was true, they weren't even able to move the equipment from Paisley to the Orpheum and back last June. 
Seriously, if he wanted to he could have played. He could even have hired the equipment. He just didn't want to. | |
