Yes, I d/l'd some songs from FreeMyHeart & I'm grateful to have had access to them. It's stuff I never would have heard otherwise. Yes, Matt did a great service for fellow fans by allowing this access. BUT if a lawsuit is at stake??? F the fans & remove the material in question - fight the fight if you wanna, but I would have been saving my own ass...

BTW, did anyone else get the "bootleggers are not fans" email from NPGMC? Or was that just me? :O

Princes people sent the site owner a letter stating, one of your posters are posting unrealeased music of Prince, see to it that it gets taking down.

the site owner of freemyheart (Suomynona?) did not respond, and who ever that poster of the music was began to bragg and bost about how princes people wrote this letter the freemyheart about him, and how the site freemyheart was not going to make him stop posting prince music yadda yadda yadda...simply asking Prince to come after his azzz.
and NOW Prince has come outside to play...the talker has run back inside leaving the site freemyheart outside with Prince...so tell me, is this correct???

Well the the Xenophobia tracks made available for download at free my heart .com were obtained by Mr lankford via the newsgroup "alt.binaires.multimedia.prince", where they were made available for the public at large to obtain. But it is obvious that Prince and Co are very upset that he made them available via the free my heart website, were he also had in unison links for offers to purchase items at amazon.com to Mr Lankfords benefit. So they would like to make an example of him. The Xenophobia taping itself has struck a nerve with Prince, hence the lawsuit.
