This board is flooded with all the knee-jerk reactions to PE, but when it comes right down to it, how many Prince albums now have a completely different feeling for you than when you first heard them? Aren't there releases that you have totally flip-flopped on? (I would love some examples if so).

For me, invariably songs take on a whole new meaning over time and I can't really place them in perspective until I've really lived with them for a while. It's only now that I can hear Musicology songs on my iPod and really receive them objectively.

(Having said that, I can't see this album not aging well...

...but I'll wait on that.

What's a shame is I'm sick of hearing about it and it isn't even out yet, it's like these peope are stuck on stupid or something and won't shut up!
