past xperience would seem 2 show that chart positions don't really mean that much 2 Prince anyway, plus if the News Of The World is giving out a CD, then Prince is gonna get xtra artist royalties that he wasn't xpecting !! maybe sometimes the fact that warner bros. still have ownership of his masters does have some benefits 2 him, although of course he would still swap the money 4 the masters in a heartbeat.

I had a look - it is nothing. You can send away to win some old Prince albums. The album pictured on the cover is Purple Rain. A cheap trick IMO, they give Prince a big chunk of the cover and anyone who'd seen the Daily Mail's advertising campaign for the Planet Earth giveaway could be fooled.

I'd have bought and scanned it, but frankly it was already shameful enough to be buying the Mail on Sunday. Really, I should have bundled the papers inside a few hardcore porn mags or something to reduce the embarrassment.
