Do you think Prince is coming back after his sabbatical? At the press conference in London he said that he's gonna take time off to study the Bible and to do some travelling. The question is: will he return to the music business?

Well, I was pleasantly surprised to see I didn't' have to wait two years between 3121 and Planet Earth. Moreover, I like that his new album is very melodic. But as far as coming back with to the capacity of the "old Prince", I think we'll have see what the next 2 or 3 years hold.
He seems full of surprises anyways. I thought Planet Earth was going to be over-the-top, but it's a restrained, sweet little album. | |

In Prince terms, I'd imagine a sabbatical means about three months max.
Don't worry. Prince will be making and performing music until he either dies, gets alzheimers or loses the use of his limbs. He lives, breathes and shits music and I seriously can't see that just suddenly stopping. | |

I hope he takes some time for Peace & Restfulness! We all need Chill time to grow & learn! It's a life process!

There was also a "leak" from the Roosevelt Hotel gig that Prince would no longer performing shows in the U.S. and moving to Europe. It's a strategy to get as much ticket sales as possible "catch him while you can". | |
