RAVE DVD Glitch? I was watching my Rave Un2 The Year 2000 DVD today & it pauses for a second at the 40:26 mark. Does this occur on anyone else's DVD? It's right at the section as it's going from selection #10 into #11.
I know it's a dual layer DVD & I want to know if 40:26 is the point in the DVD where it switches layers or...do I have a bad disc? thanX in advance 4 any replies!

Yes the DVD does have a pause in it during "Talking Loud...". (If my memory servres) When the DVD was released people were upset because it was such a stupid place to switch layers. Typically on a music cd you would choose a place between tracks.

Yup! Maybe that's why nobody cares THAT much! thanX guys for responding. At least now I know that I'm not the only one with a disc that appears to be screwed up. We all have discs that appear to be screwed up! (Well, except for CalhounSq. She's special:lol:) A special thanX goes out to the bonehead who decided to put the layer switch in such a noticeable place. Job well done!

If you trip, almost all DVD's have a pause somewhere during the movie\dvd. I think it has something to do with switching layers. ________________________________________

Yes, but typically they put this pause in a less obvious place then in the middle of a song. You never see the switch in the middle of a dialogue scene during a regular movie.

That also happens to my copy of rave.
It is nothing to worry about it happens to all rave DVDs. It's just a same that they made it so it changes layers in the middle of a song and not when one it's finished. Nevermind it's still a great DVD with great quality sound and picture and with some features never found in the VHS version.
