How do you fans feel when the show is over? I had so much fun this week-end. Not only seeing Prince on stage but also being among fans, meeting new people, doing something fun, sharing information and all of a sudden, everybody's gone.

For me, the anticipation of a Prince concert builds days before it. I feel exhilirated during and after the concert, which seems to go way too fast. The next morning is when I feel some sadness because u want the feeling to never end. The memory of the concert sadly pales in comparison to being there live.I never feel more alive than when I'm at Prince's concerts. I always feel more motivated also. I felt like it was my wedding day...all the build up and then it is over. I'm still in a purle haze though! I am from Minneapolis and went through his old hood today on an errand and thought - Man, this guy came from nothing but him and his guitar...hence the song! I am just so proud of his accomplishments and his ability to woo a crowd. It's something amazing and unforgettable! I have been a fan since 1984 when my Grandma worked with his Grandma at Hennepin County. I never got to meet him though ~ I think it had something to do with being 14 and my Grandma being p*ssed when I had my walls in my room plastered with Prince posters naked in the shower!
He'll be back to Minneapolis sooner than I think and I can't WAIT! BTW - I know Chelsea is his child! *******All 7 and we'll watch them fall
