So seriously now....... I have seen some random posts about "Why should i Buy Planet Earth" its gonna be all over the net, so i should just get it for free. So if this technology of today existed say in the 80's and 90's how many Prince albums would you just "get for free" and not actually purchase? The argument always is that CD's are too much and im not going waste blah blah blah. I mean seriously is PRINCE at this point an "impulse" buy to people, i mean really? You are either into him at this point or not. Technology has spoiled us all into this whole "let me sample it first" generation, this is what radio and video stations used to be for. Stop crying over buying a cd and then you dont like it all, its part of life and its always been that way, trust me i got a shit load of Don Johnson,Bruce Willis and Eddie Murphy albums that i aint crying over having spent money on that i wish i had back. Music seems to be the only thing that people feel needs to be sampled first. I mean when you go to the movies, then dont let you in free and then you pay when you get out if you liked what you saw. Its just an album, not life or death. That rationale is somewhat dated as there are new options and new ways to experience music. If I could go back and first sample much of the music I purchased (because I liked one track or because I liked the cover), I would. I'd have saved a lot of money.
Technology makes some things worse, but it makes many things better. Soon the only way that an artist will make money is thru touring, devoted fan purchases and partnering with the Pepsis and Verizons. The generations that are so hardwired to purchase music, are getting older. What you are saying will be Greek to many, in a short time. Oh and about movies...it's happening with those too. Why do you like playing around with my narrow scope of reality? - Stupify

The thing that's REALLY freaky about this whole thing is that you had albums by Don Johnson, Bruce Willis and Eddie Murphey!!!
