Last Pince song that was like nothing you've ever heard..

I'm trying to think of the last track that really sounded crazy and original and new...

Maybe "Waiting Room?"

The whole of Rainbow Children. Who else would dare to do something like that? Which is why I can't understand those who don't like it. Its greatto see him doing stuff that no-one else dares to - its like being back in the 80's again

Rainbow Children is something new 4 Prince I guess. There's really lots of great soloing in it..

And Xenophobia, only heard some live-versions- don't know if the studio version would b this long, with the extensive drumsolos and guitarsolos.

Yeah, when I heard TRC, the first thing I said was; "Ok, that's different" then I said, "Wow, that's musically amazing" Finally, "This album is unlike any other, a masterpiece."

Who's Pince?? Just kidding! I would say also The Rainbow Children. Songs like "Digital Garden","The Sensual Everafter" and "Everywhere" really blew my mind when I heard them.

Hard... I listen to a lot of music so I hear all kinds of influences coming thru -- things I've heard before... but I must say that "When Eye Lay My Hands On U" was pretty cool in the way it was different to me (more than many other things -- even though I still hear other influences coming thru like the Santana-styled guitar solo). Tough question. I'll be thinking... Oh, "All My Dreams" definitely... the closest thing it reminds me of is some songs that were released way back in the 20s -- Woody Herman stuff. "Power Fantastic" is pretty cool in the way it is different also. I'm sure there are many more.

this song struck me as him trying to get creative again, but falling flat on his face. and the lyrics are dumb to me, sorry confused waiting room, seemed to work better in this style that he was trying to re-capture around the Rave period.
