A friend of mine was telling me that in the past years P had a medical treatment to make his skin whiter (and showed me some photos of the 70's and of the 00's, and maybe he's right) and that P would never be engaged with a black woman.

I suspect you may not be american, it's a common mistake alot of non-americans make that there is only 1 shade of brown/black. Infact with the exception of Susanah Melvoin and Mayte, most of his women have been women of color.
And as to his color, have you ever seen how much makeup he wears! He looks different in every photo... have you ever seen his pops? Not exactly mahogany himself.
