Prince has always been way ahead of the rest both in terms of music and in terms of being a visionary.

He used the internet to supply music to his fans long before it became the norm and now he is using a newspaper to give away his new album. Some will criticise this move (no doubt the record shops) as he will be missing out on revenue from CD's sold, but I am sure that we will see CD sales of his last few albums and back catalogue rise after fans of old rediscover him with this giveaway and new fans are won.

I was one of the lucky few who saw Prince at the Koko club in May and have seen him live on several occassions throughout the years and I cannot wait to see him at the brand new O2 this summer.
