The "egg" is currently used for storage. Prince has an apt. inside the studio but his house (where the old one was and the new one is being built) is only about a mile away. Technically the grounds of Paisley Park are private. The gates are open for employees. The public is not supposed to be on the grounds but if you just drove in and out fairly quick there is a good chance noone would stop you since there are only aprox 3 full time employees and they are kept quite busy. Pictures are definitely frowned upon. Dont mean to burst anyones bubble but the place is always kept immaculate,the only difference being the poster advertising the show. There more then likely will be an afterparty but it will probably be with a local band playing with Prince stopping in to make an appearence. | |

I was at Paisley Park 2day and it was dead...just pulled right in and parked the car and walked around the whole place...quiet as night...ohhh and that sign...it's not on the building anymore...I was kinda sad all in all...

Are you kidding? Of course Prince will play! Last time he didn't because his band probably wasn't well rehearsed enough and it would have overshadowed Tamar's show. | |

why is it spelled "per4orming"? My Prince to English dictionary translates that as "perfororming".
