MURAKAMI,Haruki,the most famous Japanese novelist published his latest novel named 'Kafka on the Shore'.The novel describes a boy aged 15 who ran away from home.He defines himself as the most tough boy aged 15.While he's taking his trip(runaway),he goes to gym to exercise.And Haruki chooses his backgroud music PRINCE.

in my spanish class, we are reading a very long story about a teenager who is very depressed since he is poor,ugly,fat and can't get the girl to notice him. but he does listen to TexMex and PRINCE!

whenever in class, we read Prince's name, the children start laughing at the mention of Prince. Also, my Spanish teacher goes like: oh gawd... He is such a long story and starts laughing at the mention of Prince too!

Her books are supposed to be pretty good, but I haven't had a chance to check them out yet. I'd say you can probably get English translations too, she's very famous.
