I always thought it was: ifyourbodygetstiredkeepdancincuzuoughtakeepthebloodflowingdowntoyourfeet. doesn't rhyme with 'oughta'! XTC XTC! etc. [Edited 6/29/07 8:48am]

I'm not planning to have one.
My will specifically states that my carcass is to abandoned off into the side-ditch of a major interstate, as raccoon-fodder or to give skunks something to piss on. In other words, In short, I hope they play "Lemon Crush".

Unfortunately this is a similar question to the one i helped my best friend with a couple of years ago. It wasn't her funeral but her husband's. We only had one morning to decide which songs to have played at the crem. One goin in and one coming out. The one we picked for arriving at the crem was one that her husband had picked for their wedding video - Queen, Your'e my best friend. The one we picked for leaving the crem was Nothing compares to you, sung by P on the Hits album. It was very appropriate and I can't listen to it now without that day in my mind. It was a terrible day as he was only 42 when he died but that song just seemed to fit. My friend is a very brave lady and I'm soo glad P is touring again as she is actually looking forward to something for the first time since her man died. The irony is that when P toured in 92 her husband didn't go because as only I was a member of the NPGMusic club we only got two priority tickets. After our reports of the concerts he said that he would go the next time P toured. Unfortunately this won't be the case. W'ere going VIP on the 10th, and then normal seats on the 11th aud and 21st Sept. again i have to say I'm so glad he's touring. I think it's hard for some people to understand the significance of this but we've been going to P concerts together every time he's toured since 1986 and it is proving a real tonic for her. Thanks P in advance.

LOL. I'm laughing at the little smiley next to the title of the thread... Something representing happiness next to something most people think of as depressing... As for what song I would like to have played at my funeral... I'm not quite sure. I don't plan on dying any time soon.

Okay I don't really want that played at my funeral but it would be pretty funny. I'd be cracking up from heaven. [Edited 7/28/07 10:38am]
