Slow! What's Madrid 2 Chicago? Slow post! Take your time. Seen this name around, wondering what exactly it is. Any help would be much appreciated.

If you're asking what the song means, the title is the actual flight Prince would take when he would visit Mayte at their home in Spain. "May U live 2 C the Dawn"

Madrid 2 Chicago was originally stated as being one of the four albums to be released for the 2002/3 NPGMC membership. Breathe was another track set for the album. The feel of both songs implies it could have been a slow mellow album.
Anyway, it seems that M2C is no longer set for release. So we may never know what the album was like...

Madrid 2 Chicago was an album of ballads.
Towards the end of year 1 of NPGMC it was implied that it would form part of year 2's membership deal along with One Nite Alone. The album was later dropped from the schedule by the time the ONA tour started in the summer. By that point the four albums slated for release through NPGMC membership were: One Nite Alone... Xenophobia The Best Of Last December This has again already changed as Last December has now evolved into a 3cd set entitled One Nite Alone...Live! It still remains to be seen if the other albums will be released. Personally I think Xenophobia still has a good chance of seeing the light of day.
