[Edited 6/15/07 19:01pm] Well, the rumour of P being Satanic is old. That's been attached to him since his Controversy period. And for good reason. He promoted that angle and he more than flirted with it. His what I call "trinity albums", Controversy, 1999 and Purple Rain, were his most "offering" type albums, if u will. P was the Led Zeppelin of the 80's. Many stories floated around, even BEFORE Purple Rain, that he did certain shit to achieve fame and popularity. Like Zeppelin was "rumored" to have done. The initial success of Purple Rain, the album, the film and the tour, was SO gigantic that it fuelled many of these stories to be true. SynthiaRose said "I'm in love with blackguitaristz.
