Yeah,well Prince is always saying the Cross and the Christ and all,but when it comes down to it a lot of times he creates a lot of Stress for us fans that his Cross doesn't seem to help us with. Can't you hire some disavowed ex-Prince staff members. They can get blue-prints to Jimmy's. You can access the place through the air-vents and then be lowered into position using some kind of harness. You can hover a few feet above everybody listen to the jams, and be out of there before anyone even realises. Worth a try?  Just somewhere in the middle,

Simply saying that Prince is going to be at a club on a given night doesnt mean he will perform, (tho none of the people working the doors collecting the cover charges will tell you that!).
Look at the bright side, it might have been one of those nights where he just walks in to some sectioned off room, stares for 5 minutes then leaves. No Show. | |

Yep, I've been one of the those fans who've paid the cover charge to a club for an "afterparty" where Prince stays in a secluded VIP area and walks through the club 5 minutes before closing. It's not worth all of the fuss and bother just to see him walk through a room. A lot of people don't fall for that crap anymore. I've noticed that the clubs don't get all that crowded anymore when the announcement says Prince "afterparty." If it's an "afterSHOW" people still come, but most fans are now aware that "afterPARTY" is just one of his walk-throughs. | |
