Something came to mind today and I would really like the org'ers to respond, espcially the new fans. Oops, sorry P, friends.

First off, his talent speaks volumes and speaks for itself!!!

Beacuse prince never held anything back, as far as his personal life, sexuality, family life, the way he works, Skin (oh lawd) etc., were we attracted to him more? He has always been honest with us and always let us in through his music and lyrics. He bared it all back in the day, leaving nothing to the imagination. Purple Rain (the semi bio pic) gave us a deeper glimpse into his world. I always felt he was the pied piper for a generation that truly appreciated funk/pop/r&b/jazz they way he did. And were still with you P!!

Because he never held back, do we like him more? New fans, did you ever pick up on this? What attracted you first and the most?

I like Prince because he is going to do whatever he wants to do! He can careless what anyone says or thinks.

That is for the press, the music industry, the movie industry, his music & his concepts!

Doing this all he has made a good $120 Million. Pretty damn nice huh

I like, and adore P because of his music, personality, character (one of a kind), and his creativity. Everything P has given has had and still will have a new flavor. His style makes me think (how did he concoct that (sounds, being the muscian he is) and what's on the menu next and where will it take me. 3121 took me to a spiritual side. Thanks P. As always his G playing is what captures my attention. It takes me on a sensual level then to a gotta release and let go level. And he's still creating. Each decade gave me a diff flav of P although Gemini's consist of two, but P gave multiple. To look back at the beginning and bring it to the present, I'd say P gave more than we as fans think. As far as his personality, it's just right for my style of life. To me he's become a part of our lives in a unique way. Just my own feelings.

I first got into Prince in the late-90's. Not an easy time to be an established fan, let alone testing out the waters. I liked him because he stood out from the crowds and the Top 40 format I was used to. He's not afraid to be different and does pretty much whatever the fuck he wants. I admire that.

In my book Prince is the best live performer ever.
His music is unique. His intellect combined with enormous creativity is more than impressing. And of course his darn good looks make it even easier to be a fan. He is still such a cutie after all these years.
