I never knew this!!!! In October 1998, Seacer (along with Tony M.) filed a lawsuit against Prince, claiming that Prince hadn't shared royalties that Levi and Tony were owed for songs they had co-written for Prince's NPG Publishing, including "Sexy M.F." and "My Name Is Prince". In the end Mosely and Seacer settled for approximately $40,000 each (apparently, not even enough to pay their legal expenses), having sued Prince for $800,000.

This was taken from Wikipedia..... I remember reading about this. I think I read somewhere that they didn't like the way Prince had Paisley Park structured. They all wrote the songs as a group, but Prince kept most of the royalties. I believe that they sued over most of the material from 1992 to 1993 (this includes all of the songs that other people recorded like El Debarge, Louie Louie, and others). Michael Koppleman also touched on this in a podcast last year where he discussed about his time working at Paisley Park. I believe he was apart of the team, but got fired before it really blew up. **--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••-
