What's happening with the "2006" edition of the Vault book? Uptown's website seems dead, is it known if/when we'll get the new version of the book?

Last report I have seen suggests there is still a plan to release it this year. I sure hope so. That is the one thing I didn't buy that I kick myself over on a regular basis.  (It came out when '04? IIRC I planned to buy it but got sidetracked with my newborn at the time, and was out of the Prince loop for a bit). Is the new version expected to hold the complete 1st ed. plus updates or be more of a Vol 2 release?
Anyone know of any copies still around for sale anywhere? Ask where they're going, they'll tell U – "Nowhere"
