I don't mind the Timba production, for what it is. Casio keyboard hooks and catchy choruses. His pop success is there, but I see no benefit to that callaboration.

Prince might now have the publics ear now, but his talents are broader than anything Timba mix up.

Yes I think he has, but as far as I know he paid those band members well... even gave them songs. And he didn't insult the people he stole from as far as I know... I don't know the history of Prince and plagiarism, so I can't compare the two. I do know that Timbaland has gone on a radio show and insulted the guy he stole from. Timbaland made a ringtone of someone else's music without paying or crediting the guy. Prince hasn't done anything like that

Why should he work with Timbaland? Is it because he is the hot producer right now. Nelly F. & Justin T. cds are the only reason he is the hot producer for now. He did some other songs for a few artist(s) & i still do not see or hear what is so special about his stuff. It sounds the same to me. He might change the beat a little, but you kinda know it's his work when you hear it. We all know Prince is his own producer. Timbaland is still watching & learning from Prince.

I don't know who Timbaland is, and judging from the looks of this slapfest, I'm better off for it.
