Can you only get Guitar if your a customer of Verizon?

I'm in the UK and Have never heard of them before.

How many have heard the whole new version. I thought this would have spread quickly as it's free but I can't find it anywhere.

You have to be a Verizon customer -- and you have to be lucky enough to have one of the...I think it's six...cell models that they've decided to offer the music for.

I wasted two bucks the other day trying to download it to my Razr before I finally found the fine print telling me it's not one of the eligible phones.
