Believe me, I won't be one of those people. [I'm still too new to this world to be "80's Prince biased"]. I bought the album cuz I wanted to see where he is now and such.
Maybe it's not "satsifying my needs" right now... but compared 2 it, at least Musicology has personality... I can't really tell if 3121 has one... if anything, it has too many personalities to deal with at once. It's kinda hard to lose urself in an album that has different sides to Prince.

I guess I just never thought it was possible for me to like an album less with each listen. It's had its moments with me, but its kinda hard to be impressed with much when comparing it to everything that came b4 it.
Again certain songs prove that he hasn't lost his touch in making good music (The Word just came in my head )

Maybe in a few months or so when I pick it up again, I'll start to believe in it again the way I did when I listened 2 it the first time.

I feel like it says so much about Prince that if you want to get to know him again in a short amount of time, it'll do just that.
