our opinion please hi,
On September 13th 2002, i tried like many to obtain pre-sale tickets to the Manchester UK shows. Whilst attempting for upto 2hrs, i finally got through to the booking area of npgmc. However, my credit card was constantly rejected. As a result, i was unable to purchase any tickets. Unsure why this had occured, i went about checking possible mistakes on my behalf which may of led to the my card being rejected. I could find none. My card was 'in date', it was a 'visa', it had more than enough funds on it to fufill such a transaction. When npgmc added more pre-sale tickets for the manchester shows, i again tried franticaly to buy my ticket. Again to no avail. My card was constanly rejected. With all the pre-sale tickets sold, i decided to write an e-mail to npgmc inquiring as to ehy this happened. They replied with 'we have no idea'. Unsatisfied with this answer, i once again e-mailed them and asked if there was another way in which i could buy the tickets i needed as it was no fault of my own that my card was rejected. they replied and said that they would 'take care of it'. Upon hearing nothing from them for 5 days after this, i decided to ask them how much progress had been made in obtaining my tickets. They told me that my order was being processed and i would get my tickets. Two days ago, i had still heard nothing so i asked them what the situation was. NO REPLY. It is now 11 days since the event and i still do not have conformation telling me if they have sucessfully purchaswed my tickets or not. Now, i am asking your advice as to what should be my next move? somebody has suggested that i tell npgmc that i am going to a tabloid to coincide with the tour!! thats not my view though. whats yours? thanx You do as I say

At most concerts, several seats in the first row are usually reserved, who knows, push comes to shove you may find yourself in a really good seat! LOL. As much as I am not too fond of the NPGMC, they were very helpful when I signed up the night before the show to get into the rehersal. I guess whatever list of names of members had already been printed and sent along to the people at the show before I had signed up, so initially my name wasnt on the list, and when they went to check people in at the rehersal, I wasnt gonna be able to get in. However, after a few emails back and forth, they apparently communicated with the people at the venue and everything went real smooth when I got there. One more friendly "follow up" letter couldnt hurt.

Get back and let us know the outcome Hope they come good 4 u
