The song was written and performed by Joni Mitchell first and foremost. Look her up online and I'm sure you'll be able to find the lyrics to it. The song is from her "Blue" album, which is well worth picking up. Her original performance of the song is much better than P's cover IMO. She also re-recorded "A Case Of You" for her latest album "Both Sides Now" with her deeper, more aged voice and some nice orchestral music backing it.
