i have my mp3 player connected to speakers in shuffle mode as i teach algebra and every so often i need to skip a song before it gets going...Sexy MF, Scarlet Pussy, etc would not be cool if an admin walked in and the kids would start singing some songs that would disrupt

lol- when I read the topic I knew I had to read this. I remember one day walking though the main building on campus and all of a sudden, I hear Lolita out of nowhere. I stopped dead in my tracks and I didn't move- all I got was alot of nasty looks from ppl trying 2 get somewhere. I shouted "Finally they play Prince!"- and of course, the only thing that got me was crazy looks.

I when I started high school Crystal Ball was on the shelves, so needless to say P wasn't the big thing (to anyone else in that school but me) at that moment.

I remember once I was all alone @ home and I was waiting 4 some guys 2 come and pick me bcuz we had 2 go 2 a party.So while I was applying my make up I was playing the song Violet the organ grinder and well the doorbell rang and so I opened the door and told them 2 come in.So I had left the remote control on my chair and i didn't notice so I sat on the chair and the volume got on 5 and it was pretty loud and it was in the moment when Prince says:

OMG! So at the school where I teach, they always play music during snack and lunch (it's a high school). Today is the seniors' last day and they have been playing music all day. All of a sudden.. what do I hear!?? HEAD!!!! It got to "I got to have you in my bed-" and it was cut.


I heard it and I got a bit bashful hearing those lyrics blasting at school.
