so-and-so is weirder than Prince A lot of people think of Prince as "weird," and therefore don't give him a chance most of the time.
Let's face it, everyone's just a little bit weird. Prince could see that way to the ignorant, but once you get to know him through his music, you can hardly call him "weird." Hate to admit it, because I am a fan of the man (a HUGE fan until around '91 or so, but my enthusiasm has waned considerably since then), but:
MICHAEL JACKSON is weirder than Prince.  
Man, back in the day ('82-'88) MJ and P were in a virtual deadlock for my #1 favorite artist spot...nowadays MJ is at #4. So sad... | |

Yeah, I never really thought of Prince as weird, but I can see why people would think so. As I said before, everyone's just a little bit weird, but it takes guts to put it all out there and not care what people think about you. Like everyone's favorite musician

I think Marilyn Manson is the weirdest by far. He actually scares me. I was gonan say Michael Jackson, but I just think the guy is misunderstood. Michael's done some wild things in his day, but he's never ridden on the back of a pig, through a crumbling chapel on the back of a potbellied pig like Mr. Manson did! I love a Man who:

Prince likes to ACT weird, he really don't give a fuck what people think of him, he plays games and fucks with everyone. He KNOWS what he's doing. He's a hardcore musicial with the added bonus of being able to do what he wants when he wants, and don't mind looking like the biggest prick on earth, if someones stupid enough to take his shit seriously.
I've seen him being interviewed, and he's made it clear he won't actually speak! yet they sit there anyway and take it. Who's weirder?? He plays people for fools, yet they still sit there and suck up  | |

Plus the fact he was on roller skates the whole time while playing bass definitely was "special." Being that the audience wasn't a "Prince" audience they didn't recognize Prince OR the members of the Musicology band who were all up there with him. Most people really thought it was some unknown group opening for Prince. Looking back on it now. . . yeah, that shit was weird. | |
