"When Doves Cry" has my vote.
The story behind how he wrote it within 24 hours of its request 4 the movie is classic Prince. Brilliance leaks from that song unlike anything else he's written. Purple Rain is the most famous of his songs, but I think "When Doves Cry" is pure Prince. You listen 2 it and you'll know what he's all about. "Musical Genius" had 2 run away... pride was 2 strong. Computer Blue (full version) is definitely "one" of his best.
I've only heard it less than 10 times, but I still think its awesome... puts the album version to shame and it'll never sound the same again...
