Nah...u thinking of P's half brother. I'm talking about the actor, Haywood Nelson, who played the character "Dwayne" on the t.v. show "What's Happening!" from the mid 70's to the early 80's. Haywood could have been P's brother.

He had sweated in his head and his hair wasn't nearly as straight as it was in the beginning of the show. So the curly piece that he had stitched in that hung over his eye really stood out. On the 1999 tour, he had more of the curly texture woven in. Same as with Purple Rain. Even more so. I thought ya'll knew.

But yes, I was told they were brothers, besides, fans who know of this have stated Duance used to work as, I believe, head of security for Prince. I don't believe that Haywood is Prince's brother.

When I say Haywood Nelson on What's Happening, and I saw his last name I thought he could be P's brother because of the look with the fro and his last name Nelson to boot. Then I come to this thread and see at least one other person thought it too. But no I don't really think they are brothers. Maybe just some kind of coincidence because his name is Dwayne on the show and P's brother's name is Duane.

I can't find a separate pic, but this is all I found. There are many fans that state they are related. 3 people told me in the past, that they are related so I do not want to be the one to confirm it, but that it what I was told.There has been past threads on this subject before. He does favors Prince's younger pics which has been posted many times here before.
