To coincide with Starbuck's idea, how about we run a series of threads voting songs off of each album? What do you think? Too much work? If there's enough support for it I'll start it!

Sounds great to me. The other mentioned thread has definitely proven popular. My only request is that we be given at least 24 hours to respond. Some of us can only make it here once a day.

It would be fun, as in Starbuck's thread I now vote off albums that have some of my best liked Prince songs on it...

But jeez, I gotta WORK at one point...

Moonbeam, I was thinking of such a thing, but why don't we make it an alphabetical survivor list??
take all songs with A, vote off til one remains and go on to B etc til we can compile the ultimate Prince Alphabet Survivor Album???

let me know what u think?? We could cooperate on it, u check the songs beginning with A, and I'll check the songs beginning with B, we put up another letter though only when the firts alphabet thread has come 2 it's final???

Good idea, but were do you start and with which album first?

Starbuck, that is a good idea, but some letters will have many more songs than others. For example, A will definitely have more choices than Z, so this process may take a while. Voting off one song per album disc would reduce the timing of the whole ordeal. What do you think?

sounds like fun..but, if your going to vote off two songs at a time, i think its only fair that you allow people two votes...

the same should have applied to the album voting..but, its just for fun...and its a lot more accurate then the Presidential Elections of 2000.
