It was mentioned on one of his albums that he wrote an opera. Does this exist and if so has anybody heard it?

When was released, it was promoted as a rock soap opera based around a story which was originally intended to have been told through the various interludes on the album. Most of these were deleted by the time of release.

A story is also told on the'3 Chains O' Gold' video release and again in the comic book, 'Prince and the New Power Generation: Three Chains O' Gold'.

Hey, wasn't Prince involved in an opera called Ulysses at some point around the time of the Love Symbol album, and 3 Chains of Gold was one of the tracks to make it onto the Love Symbol album??

Prince would b great in a Opera. He's a Bass.... Usally the Bass voices r the wicked character.... He could playing the part of the Commendator of the Don Giovanni "repent, repent now...I have no more time" with his deep low voice....

He could be Sarastro in "the magic flute" always by Mozart....
