.....and despite some of the negative feedback Ive read on here - I actually like this album - my fave song so far.....'Come on' and 'Temo Oculto' and that cover shot...phew!!
Its been put on my MP3 ready to get my 'off to work' listen and review tomorrow!!

Wasted Kisses and The One are my favorites

I like the album a lot. It's unfairly overlooked imo. Wasted Kisses is a classic, and Mad Sex is pretty incredible too. I never liked The One, which is what most people seem to love about the album, but the rest of it I really enjoy.

I love the song Come On and The One. Until You're in My Arms Again is so sad though. Overall I really enjoy this album and am suprised by the negative response in seems to recieve.

Prince called 'The One' some of his best work. I really like it too. Until You're in my arms and When you love Somebody are really nice. I also like Come On....All in all a nice album to chill to...

I love it and I'm always surprised when 'wasted kisses' on at the end!

Poor NPS, it's such a bastard child...when it really isn't bad at all. Wasted Kisses and Come On are my favorites, but I do get in the mood for others at times. I also loved the videos for Come On & The One. Until You're In My Arms Again is quite touching and emotional since it's most likely about the baby.

Come on is one of the funkiest songs P has penned...and The One is one of his better ballads....Wasted Kisses is an eccentric tune that P is known for...it is a hidden gem on the CD. The other songs on the disc are okay,,,but the three I mentioned are stand outs.

Can this music have zippy tunes? I do not hear it today.

Underrated album....it's got some good stuff on it.

Come On is one of my least favorite tracks on it though...I'm surprised you guys like it.

I like about half the songs on that album and the others sound average.

I love Wasted Kisses, When U love somebody, Till You're in My Arms again, Mad Sex, The One and Come On.

I actually really like the title track, which no one ever seems to mention, and Push It Up and Freaks On This Side which never get much love. The dark funk of these would almost fit on the Exodus album which I love. Personally, I think there are too many ballads and slow songs on NPS but as per most Prince albums, everybody has a different favourite while maintaining the rest are rubbish.
