Prince in Los Angeles?! So far everyone here is quite nonchalant about the news Prince is bringing 3121 to L.A. and says this is OLD news?!
Old rumored news to who? I never heard a word before this week that Prince would be bringing a show to L.A.? Anyone have any alleged details? Why would he simply move his show from Vegas to L.A.? L.A. is hardly a mecca for regular entertainment shows like Vegas. I live here now so I'd love Prince to take up semi-permanent residence and play here...but is there any validity to this story? Besides the E.T. blip? Where would he play? A regular 2 shows a week? Any word at all? | |

This is the first I've heard of it. I live here too, so I'd love it. I had to drag my butt 5 hours each way twice to see him in Vegas. It would be so nice to have him nearby. | |

ET made the so-called xclusive announcement but the day after NAACP Image Awards in the 1st week in March, it made the wires he was moving it 2 Los Angeles.

At least it's a move. If the announcement were that he were staying in Vegas, that would probably be criticized more. Perhaps when/if he makes the next move, people will be satisfied. I just hope all the increments aren't so small. At this rate the 3121 Caravan won't reach the east coast 'til the year 2010.
