Last night a friend of mine was showing off his PRINCE video collection and I made the comment that there is NO video that has been seen either on the net or anywhere that I do not own!

Well, slap me in the face if he didn't prove me WRONG!

He played "LET'S PRETEND WE'RE MARRIED" in good quality around that time on the same stage he did 1999 and others. I almost feel to the floor because I had never saw nor heard rumors of this video... NOW! Because I miss spoke he will not share a copy for me! So, on a hunt I go my mission now in life is to obtain this video! HELP! Have you saw it?

I like Prince's dancing in this video.
I think they overdid it with the smoke machine tho, probably why it was canned.

I saw it for the first time back in the early 90's. I was shocked when I saw it. It was more than 10 years later and I didn't even knew he shot a video for that song. MTV nd VH1 seem to only play the videos of little red corvette and 1999 and hardly if at all Automatic and let's pretend we're married.

I saw it on Housequake for the first time about a year ago, nice!

Cool video. I immediately recognized it as the same set as 1999 (there was a thread a while back asking if they were filmed on the same day... apparently so).

And yeah, they did overdo the smoke machine a bit... you could barely see Prince with all the smoke... but yeah, his dancing was cool.

Still love his dancing in "Little Red Corvettte" better, but I'm biased cuz it was my first video of him dancing.

I only saw it a few days ago. I think I momentarily lost consciousness though, he looked FINE.

I think I have it on vhs somewhere....I know I've seen it and it looks much like the others.

I've never seen this either, nor "Automatic" ... I LOVE both of the songs, though, so it would be awsome to see the videos!

I never saw this video,either! Was it ever shown on MTV or the other video channels back in the day? I don't recall seeing it at all.

I saw all the other videos from that era ("1999","Little Red Corvette" and "Automatic") but for some reason,"Let's Pretend We're Married" was rarely,if ever,shown.

Haven´t seen that video either as well as many other Prince videos. I did not have MTV when he was on top and nowadays they hardly play him. and if they do, they usually play the same stuff over and over again.

Just saw the video again.

I wish they cut down on the smoke effects cuz they obstruct the view of his Greatness, haha.

But it makes Lisa almost glow... it sounds off-the-wall or whatever, but she looks hot in that video.

Still, any video where Prince dances is hot... you don't see him move like that anymore.
