Prince's brother Alfred

I saw that Prince has an older brother Alfred on his mother's side. Has anyone ever seen him? I recall Prince only speaking about growing up with only his sister. Since his mom was in her early 20's when she gave birth to Prince, his brother Alfred had to have still been young. Has he ever been seen at any of Prince's concerts?
