Cloud Guitar Who out there bought one from NPGMC recently?
Did you get it for $1000 as originally advertised, or were you screwed over? Have you received it yet? What color? Did it come with paint missing on the neck? Did you get the set-neck or the bolt-on? What kind of hardware did it come with? Are you going to play it or display it? Did it smell like lavender? Do tell. If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot. | |

I see that, after showing as out of stock for a week or so, both the white and blue Cloud guitars appear to be available again. I just noticed that the description says "Traditinal black dots on fret." Not counting their typo, that seems unfortunate. The Clouds have a nice shape to them, but I've always particularly liked the symbol inlays on the fret. Now the $1500 seems even more overpriced. I think Schecter's "custom" guitars genrally sell for under $800. | |

Paint was touched up on bolt-on neck on small spots. Doesn't bug me. It doesn't come with the pickups Prince uses as his are powered but it plays very nice. Lavender smell...hmmm, I dunno it does have a 'new' smell to it but I put so much Finger Ease as P does it takes on that smell. ________________________________________
