there was an Arms of Orion thread here, and it reminded me on how much I like 101. I have a "small" CD maxi of this (you know, those very small ones that you can lose so easily in your connection), with an excellent long "Prince remix".

What a great track - anyone also digging this?

I love this track, especially the single release with the b-side instrumental. this is one of my all time favorite songs he gave away. Very dark, and hypnotic, and dramatic!

Great song...Ain´t No Place Like U off of Mayté´s album sounds like a distant cousin of it, it has somewhat of a similar vibe ...but 101 sounds darker and stronger.

I was so obsessed with this song last week. It's the beginning part that does it for me...

I call this one of his "obsessive" songs (long story ). Certain songs seem to build as they go and this is one of them (for me).

That really is a forgotten classic.It's a pity it never got more exposure.
