Are you in here for Prince or the org? He's a musical genius. He's got a heck of a personality. He made it so well we look up to him. He's sexy and we have fantasies about him... but why are we really here?
Maybe you wonder if you're unsaine loving him so much. Maybe you want to know if other fans share the same feelings. Maybe you like to get to know orgers and how to handle conversations even conflictive at times. Maybe you have nothing else to do. What are you in here for? Don't forget to give it up for prince.org. They have rules protecting Prince. They have moderators doing a wonderful job. They provide the most current information. Orgers are providing everything they know. Nurse posts incredible pictures. Both. For the Org because you guys understand that Prince is not the average newcomer. When he gets on stage his fans are like  And when some of these 'entertainers' get on stage we are like   And for Prince because no one else has been such a consistant part of my musical experience for the last 30+ years (damn I'm old). | |

I came here originally because it was a Prince fan site that I came across when I was looking for Prince information after I started getting really into his music.
I joined because the people cracked me up and I liked them and because of Prince. I haven't left because the people are so fun.  HE'S COMING AGAIN | |

I'm here for Prince, first and foremost.
Talk about him with other "fans" Gain more knowledge on him from other "fans" who've been where I haven't Share my thoughts with other "fans" Form new friendships [these are the reasons why I'm here right now] I came here at the very start of my journey after doing a google search 4 a Prince site. I wanted to talk about Prince and I couldn't think of a better place to "spill my guts" and discuss his Greatness. I'd rather discuss him with people that are familiar with him, it's more beneficial and I'd get where I want to go faster with those who more knowledgable than the ignorant. At the very start, I felt a need to unload everything I could about Prince so I'll have less on my mind... or else I'd explode if I had nobody 2 talk 2. had 2 run away... pride was 2 strong. I first found the site when looking for a Prince party.
The org keeps me up to date with what is going on, especially when most things are so far away. I love the threads that make me laugh out loud and Nurse's pictures Most of all I love all things Prince oh mama I wish I could resist ... | |

One of my favorite reasons 4 coming here is the people.
I like sharing my views and getting input on various thoughts I have about Prince. Like, whenever there's a thread about an album that I own, I always like to participate in those 2 defend it or w/e I feel I have 2 do. I like sharing my experiences with others and hear what they have 2 say about mine and sometimes, I get thinking in different ways about certain songs becuz of what people say. I also like hearing the input I get whenever I post on a thread titled "which album should I get next?" sure, it's craziness... but I like hearing opinions so I have a little idea of what 2 expect. had 2 run away... pride was 2 strong. Found this site among many while looking for a place to discuss Prince. This one seemed more diverse, serious, (at times  ), political (yes, politics and religion is my favorite forum), intelligent, informative, and fun.
Even though I had most of my threads locked... 
I'm not leaving.    (I hope)

I'm here for both. I wanted to find a site that was dedicated to nothing but Prince and this was one of the first things that was listed on the Yahoo search. I wasn't looking to make friends here but low and behold I have and with them and reading the many comments from people here on Prince and otherwise, it's been fun. But it always comes back to His Royal Badness for me. I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that | |

Exactly I’ve always been a Prince fan from the beginning. After Prince disappeared from the main stream, I would always wonder how could this genius of a man disappear like he did. Not knowing he was spending time doing private concerts at Paisley. Once I started traveling, I really lost contact with him but always managed 2 see him when he came 2 town. In 2004, I came upon this site like others trying 2 find anything Prince related. So yes, I’m here because of Prince. Love the org because of there dedication of him and the fans that show their love and dedication as well. Since joining the org I have learned so much more about my musical hero’s greatness. Love the photos and all the up-2-date info that you can fine right here as well as other artist. Prince has the best FANS. |
