The basic story I got from the interview was that Prince ran into Andre at a discotech (however u spell it) and told him that he's got a new song "The Dance Electric" that he wanted to give him.
Prince said to Andre, "come by and get this hit". Even though they had a falling out a while before that, Prince didn't seem to care because he loves giving his songs away. had 2 run away... pride was 2 strong. It started raining, baby, the birds were gone | |
