How come this Album was never released back in the day? It seems as though it sound similar to the sound of prince's second album with " Why you wanna treat me so Bad". It think it would have been really successful if it were released around 1979-1980.

I think it was never intended for release, but after Prince blew up with the Purple Rain era, someone tried to capitalize on his popularity. I mean check out the release dates....
