I was thinking how cool it would be for Prince to release the NPGMC releases in a box set, do you see it happening at any point in the future? Would be better quality than those crap down-loads also. Even if they were only sold at the gigs, it would be something.

In 2003 it was announced that the "members only" tracks from the first years of the NPG Music Club would be released in a 7-CD box set.
There were even pics of the thing.
In November 2003, a problem with manufacturing was reported and the project was put on hold. Some of the albums were available to downloaded via the new NPG Music Club when the site was available
