Does nobody here know how the symbol started out?
It simply is a combination of the male and female symbol and has no dirty meaning at all. P has been using the symbol to bring out his androgynous personality. He als did it with songs, like "I would die for you" where he starts out "I'm not a woman, I'm not a man. I'm something that you never comprehend."
That's all there is to it.
