I must say, I just started digging this CD again a couple of months ago. It is a great album with incredible musicianship, challenging lyrics and the first album since The Gold Experience that felt like a Prince album for me. I look at this CD as a story and it flows like one too. I'm glad I can say that I can enjoy this CD again.

I didn’t like this cd when I first brought it, now its one of my favorites. The fans here on the org got me in2 the TBC. With all the controversy surrounding it, I gave it another chance and it hit me. It hit my in a way that I had 2 really question myself and ask "what took u so long 2 get it" It was like hearing it 4 the first time. It is truly a master piece. omg it’s been on and cracking every time I get in my car. I love the One Night Alone Live box set also. When I’m in my car it gets played every time. The whole cd is absolutely PRICELESS.

I remember looking everywhere 4 the box set which was hard 2 find. I called every record store I could looking 4 it. The young girl (forgot her name) from Best Buy gave me a call and told me she found one and was holding it 4 me. I had 2 go far out 2 get it. I was so happy she found it 4 me that I went out and brought her a beautiful plant. When I arrived at Best Buy, I asked 4 the manager. When the manager arrived, I told her about my adventure looking 4 the box set and how professional and helpful her employee had been. I then asked if it was ok 2 give the young girl a gift of appreciation 4 finding and holding there one and only box set. When the manager took me 2 the young girl, she was surprise when I told her who I was and gave there the plant. Her boss had this big smile on her face and asked if I could also go online and fill out a personal evaluation on the employee. It was well worth doing.

On the One Night Along tour was the ultimate seeing him perform this masterpiece live.
